     *Michael Muller (Mik) has announced his retirement tonight. He has been an active MCTV Board Member since 2001 for a 20 year term! We thank you Mik for your hard work, invested time and positive influence on our Community! Good Luck in All you Do and Thank You!!

     MOTION, moved by Dana Faldasz, seconded by Raymond Sebold: *Motion passed to approve Josh Bell as a Board Member and Treasurer for a 2 year term.

     Pass: Aye: Dana Faldasz, Mike Langknecht, Raymond Sebold. Abstain: Joshua Bell.

     *Welcome Aboard Josh!!
     *Karen & Josh to meet and discussTreasurer duties

     MOTION, moved by Dana Faldasz, seconded by Raymond Sebold: *Motion to Approve Officers for a 1 year term.
