     *Discussed itemizing outreach on staff report/adjust staff report to reflect town contract.

   • 1: Bilingual Outreach

     General Discussion...
     *Dean has connected with Stacy Langknecht to discuss future collaboration for bilingual programming & will also coordinate with Jimena.
     *Deirdre also reached out to Katarina at Brick House, who will be in touch.

   • 1: MCTV Visioning

     General Discussion...
     *Drone: MCTV will have drone training session with Chris Clawson
     *Equiptment: Discussed rental of cell phone equipment ie: selfie sticks,tripod.
     *Trail Cam possibilities
     *Discussed purchase of zhiyun gimbal
     *Training/editing possibilities with other PEG stations
     *Discussed purchase of laptop for editing purposes/large monitor for editing station
     *MCTV now has instagram account

   • 3: Review goals /ojectives in By-laws and Town Contract

     General Discussion...
     *Greenfield Savings Bank signers has been updated: Set up in Dean's name with Karen and Veronica now on bank accounts as a signer.

   • 5: Review RFQ Town of Erving made to operate Community Access TV

     General Discussion...
     *Town of Erving has joined Northfield (BNCTV) to start community access station.
     *Based on review when Erving reached out to MCTV, Dean responded via email then several missed calls by both parties prior to their decision to go with Northfield.
