     *Dean discussed upcoming contract renewal with Comcast on 12/26/22 for 2025
     *Dean will follow up with Steve Ellis re: what counsel/lawyer will be used for negotiations.
     *Station 17 possibly changing to high definition. Dean will talk with Otis at Northfield Station as they recently completed their negotiations with Comcast.

   • 1: Brickhouse/Megan

     General Discussion...
     Collaboration with Brickhouse was a success. ''Spooktacular'' video aired at brickhouse on Halloween and is uploaded to Vimeo and to server.

   • 2: Covid Relief Grant

     General Discussion...
     *Additional information requested from Mass Cultural Counsel for Covid Relief Grant.
     *Deirdre contacted/spoke with representative and submitted correct line items based on prior tax returns.

   • 3: Drone

     General Discussion...
     *Dean spoke to Northampton Media to discuss their purchase of drone and their policies
     *They do not have a license to operate and do not permit the public to rent out drone
     *Dean spoke to Rist insurance and is awaiting call back from underwriters regarding drone insurance coverage
     *Drone needs to registered with FAA

2. New Business

   • 1: Editing Training

     General Discussion...
     *Hannah will begin edit training with Duncan & Ben soon as have been having conflict of schedules.

   • 2: Pay raises/Bonuses

     General Discussion...
     *Dana, Karen & Liz to discuss pay raises/bonuses 2022
     *Dean & Karen meeting 12/7/22 to discuss 2023 budget
     *Dean to notify staff of final determination

   • 3: Rocketfusion favicon

     General Discussion...
     *Dana requested Rockefusion favicon on website be replaced with an Eagle to better represent MCTV
     *Deirdre to review and speak with Mik if needed to implement this change
