     MOTION, moved by Karen Siwicki, seconded by Dana Faldasz: Motion to approve Liz (as a Board Member) to be compensated/paid for camera hours worked at Annual Town Meeting.

     Pass: Aye: Dana Faldasz, Karen Siwicki. Abstain: Liz Walber.

   • 2: Company Credit Card

     MOTION, moved by Liz Walber, seconded by Karen Siwicki: *Motion to approve a company credit card for Deirdre to be used for ancillary station items.

     Pass: Aye: Dana Faldasz, Karen Siwicki, Liz Walber.

   • 3: Translation Subtitles

     General Discussion...
     *Discussed missing translation subtitles on Cielito Video have been corrected
