     General Discussion...
     *Line item under Building & Property 'Maintenance', move Citizens Security to 'Maintenance' and new budget in January to allocate for Citizens Security.
     *Each time something goes into 'Maintenance', will be noted clearly in Memos.
     *Quarterlies are all set.
     *Admin Support Office line item question:
     a) 200 used for bonus, 0 budgeted
     b) Potentially have 'Bonuses' line item
     *9/21/23 minutes deferred to next meeting
