     General Discussion...
     W-2s and 1099s went out. In process of finding new auditor. Insurance increase. Donation bank account set up

     MOTION, moved by Dana Faldasz, seconded by Liz Walber: To authorize Karen to pay the Liberty Mutual Directors & Officers in full.

     Pass: Aye: Dana Faldasz, Karen Siwicki, Liz Walber.
