     Mike L. & Dean to meet with A H Rist Insurance to review insurance policy for equipment coverage & clarify policy procedures.

     Lynn to design festival flyers.

     MOTION, moved by Veronica Phaneuf, seconded by Mik Muller: Motion to rent/book Shea Theatre for 9/28/19 Two-minute Film Festival Event.

     Pass: Aye: Mike Langknecht, Mik Muller, Raymond Sebold, Veronica Phaneuf. Not Present: Dana Faldasz.

     Meeting scheduled with Kim Noyes 4/12/19 @ 2:00PM to discuss fish ladder camera implementation.

     General Discussion...
     *Meeting to renew contract with the Town of Montague & MCCI for next 7 years. Approved by Town, but was listed as a CAC meeting only, not as public hearing as per contract requirements.
     *Next CAC meeting scheduled 4/4/19 @ 5:30PM as public hearing to renew contract.
