     General Discussion...
     *Cancel Shea Theatre 9/28/19 reservation for Film Festival Event as not enough applicants.
     *Have screening at station?
     *Selectboard approved 36"HX24"W A Frame (Sandwich Board) for 1 year on 8/19/19.
     *Still need 1 more judge for contest.
     *Flyers posted in Turners, Millers Falls, Montague Ctr.
     *PSA Video on Vimeo & in Server for advertisement.
     *Poster on Facebook.

     MOTION, moved by Veronica Phaneuf, seconded by Raymond Sebold: Motion made to cancel Shea Theatre Film Festival reservation to a smaller venue.

     Pass: Aye: Dana Faldasz, Mike Langknecht, Mik Muller, Raymond Sebold, Veronica Phaneuf.

   • 2: Bilingual Outreach

     General Discussion...
     *Discussed using bilingual translation app for pertinent events.
     *Ask Hannah if she can proof read translations?
     

   • 6:45: New Building Update - Gathering documentation and responding to Town RFP https://www.montague-ma.gov/j/8/RFI-FY20-01-38-Avenue-A-Redevelopment

     MOTION, moved by Veronica Phaneuf, seconded by Dana Faldasz: *Motion made to resubmit existing proposal for Cumbies Building with new cover letter expressing our continued interest.

     Pass: Aye: Dana Faldasz, Mike Langknecht, Mik Muller, Raymond Sebold, Veronica Phaneuf.

     *Mike L. to write letter to Steve & Walter.
     *As due date gets closer, we will place write up in The Reporter of our proposal.
