Minutes of Concert non-meeting july 20, 2004

In lieu of Jeff Moe's absense (despite his car being parked right outside), we discussed what we could, then covered general video production issues.

Present were kit Henry, Mary Drew, Mik Muller, David Detmold, and briefly Jeff Singleton.

Mary noted that she got a donation of some orange soda from People's Pint and her sister gave us a couple dozen donuts.

Mary asked who was going to do the shopping with all the gift certificates we had, and what was actually going to be purchased. Tonight would have been a good evening to discuss that.

Mary also said the Board of Health certificate would be mailed to our studios.

Kit said he had sold more tickets and had the money on hand to give to Jeff Moe.

Mik said Barbara Stewart's two kids Greg and Andy would come as security as well as their dad. Perhaps they will dress up in black and wear dark sunglasses?

Veronica said her son will come with her to help out in some manner. Perhaps selling food during the show and cleaning up after.

At our previous board meeting Mike Langknecht said he could operate the rolling studio cart and a camera. Thanks Mike!
