Put together an event at the Shea outlining our mission and plans for expansion, with a five min demo reel of highlights and hellos from active producers. Hosted by board members. Cash bar and catered food.

Invite all businesses, non-profits, students from both high schools, and town hall staff, via postcard and Montague Reporter ad.

Offer 25%-off on underwriting if a business signs up right then.

Have info sheet on board membership.

Hand out cards and set up training classes for potential producers.
