Week of August 21st-25th, 2017

New this week: Eclipse & New programming

Correction to eclipse news: Monday will bring a solar eclipse starting at 1:30 and ending at 4. This is the first total solar eclipse in the US since 1979; it will reach totality at 2:45 pm. Remember not to look at the eclipse unless wearing special eclipse eyewear or using a pinhole viewer (easy to make yourself if you can't get special eclipse viewing glasses!)

Montague TV brings you the following new programming this week:

  • Carlos W. Anderson explains the five principles of Unity ministeries.
  • The Montague Selectboard, Gill Selectboard, School Committee, and Finance committee come together for a joint workshop.
  • The Cable Advisory committee which met on August 14th.
  • Franklin Regional Transportational Authority informational session on changes to roads for the community.
  • A movie compilation of Western Mass Brass's Spring Concert series 2017, featuring concerts at Holyoke War Memorial Building, South Hadley Library, and Eastfield Mall.
