Week of June 28th - July 5th

Murals and Music

This week on MCTV we filmed the painting of the Building Bridges Mural which was completed on Saturday the 29th in Unity Park. The Mural not only adds beauty to the community, but promotes peace and cooperation between all people. The video is in development now and will be available soon on montaguetv.org.

The Great Falls Discovery Center always has fun events going on, and last week was no exception! John Porcino was there putting on his family oriented music and storytelling performance called One Earth: Stories, Songs and Music. John’s goal is to help families feel connected to the environment through stories and music played on a wide variety of instruments. This video will be available soon, so check out montaguetv.org for more information.

There’s still time to register for MCTV’s 120 Second Film Festival! We want to hear your story! The top videos will be screened at the Shae theater and featured on MCTV. Go to montaguetv.org to register and for more information.

MCTV is here to bring to light everything that’s great and interesting about our community, if you know of an event that deserves attention just let us know! We would love to come film and share it with the community. We can also train you to do it yourself! We can show you how to properly shoot and edit your own videos and help bring your ideas to life! Contact us at (413) 863-9200, infomontaguetv@gmail.com, or stop by 34 Second Street between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays and lets get started!
