Local Businesses: Music Connection and Unnamable Books

We have a bounty of new videos to share with you this week, dear viewers! We have two new episodes from our "Local Business Spotlight" series: one featuring Music Connection, and another with Unnamable Books. We also have both the Red and the Silver cast productions of "Chicago: Teen Edition" by the Turners Falls High School. Learn about the "Solar Rollers and the Earth Day River Ride" in the interview with Kaia Jackson, Court Dorsey, and David Detmold. The three activists discuss why they are trying to shut down Northfield to protect the Connecticut River. And on March 23rd, we recorded "Crossing the River: Ferries and Bridges" at the Gill Library with Joel Fowler of the Northfield Historical Society. And then, of course, we have all of the local meetings available for you to watch at your leisure: the Gill Selectboard meeting and the Montague Selectboard meeting from 4/8 and GMRSD Meeting from 4/9. All community members, as well as our extraterrestrial neighbors are welcome and encouraged to submit their videos to be aired on Channel 9, as well as featured on the MCTV Vimeo page, that means you! If you have any ideas for films, MCTV is always available to assist in local video production as well. Cameras, tripods, and lighting equipment are available for checkout, and filming and editing assistance can be provided. And if you're looking for more ways to get involved, consider joining the MCTV Board! If you would like to stop in for a meeting, even just to check the vibe, email infomontaguetv@gmail.com for a link to the Zoom!
